Overnighter

Yesterday / this morning we had some sort of event at the school for the elementary students. So yesterday after kindergarten finished, the other teachers went home for a couple hours...I stayed for my Thursday bonus class. At the conclusion of that class, Darrell returned and the overnight party commenced. Once the children arrived, we all got in the school vans and headed to a park. At the park we had some races, played dodgeball, tug-of-war, and soccer. After some merry-making, we headed back to the school. At the school there was pizza and chicken waiting for us, so we all dug in.


Our boss called this the "Gobble Up Cookies Game," but in reality it was crackers they were gobbling, not cookies. Here are Simon and Ashley gobbling up some cookies...errr...crackers or whatever they are. This was taken at the Rocktober Overnighter...it was a little bit awesome.

Here I am in fierce competition with my student Anne. We are competing in some sort of cracker eating contest that I'm pretty sure was on Match Game before. This picture comes to you from the Rocktober Overnite!!!
