The Great Chicken Pox Epidemic of 2003 or Wyatt vs. The Avatar Stickers

I dub this entry The Great Chicken Pox Epidemic of 2003 or Wyatt vs. The Avatar Stickers. Well let's kick off this entry by explaining that today two of my students were out with chicken pox...I predict that this will sum up every week for the next month or so, due to the highly infectious nature of chicken pox and the fact that my students spend entirely too much time with each other. I've already had the C.P. so I'm all set on that, but this chicken pox nonsense makes my job easier. As for the second part, this requires some explaining. Avatar stickers are like Korea 2003's answer to paper dolls. They are these little stickers of men, women, children, and animals that you give clothing, hair, accesories, and so on to. Anyhow my E1 class is all about them, and recently I found one on the floor in my classroom. Everyday during break time my students trade pants and hair and so on...today I was like, "OH ME TOO!" and they were impressed with my stickers...only they didn't trade, they gave me more pieces, which was kind of bad since I became about it. During "journal time" in E2 (where I am pretty much a spell check) I was switching hair and outfits on my now numberous stickers....wtf? Anyhow Candy and Kayla both said that they were going to buy some stickers for me and give them to me on Monday, and for some strange reason I kind of look forward to it...I gots to get a girlfriend!

My own students get in on the "Tall Man" action. Note to self: On Charly's next report card make sure to mark him low on hand-eye coordination.

I think the real question Juju is weather you think about jeans...

Heidi and Emily rockin' out on the awesome "Ghosts and Goblins!" It's a little hard to make out but check out the existance of a moustache helper.
