자짱면 (Jajjangmyeon)

This is 짜장면 (jjajang-myeon). It is a dish which allegedly originated in China. It's a dish of noodles in a thick black bean sauce with vegetables and meat in it. It's mad cheap and wicked delicious. This is one of those dishes that makes me question what real Chinese food is like. Chinese food in Korea and America are totally different. Looks like I'll have to check out some real Chinese food at some point.
