물냉면 (Mul Naengmyeon)

This is 물냉면 (mul naengmyeon). Naengmyeon is a dish of cold buckwheat noodles some vegetables, an egg, and sometimes a couple pieces of meat. There are a few types of naengmyeon. This variety is mul naengmyeon, and comes with a cold soup. Naengmyeon originates from 평양 (Pyeongyang) in North Korea, and is particularly popular in the summer.
