Another Trip to 경복궁
This afternoon, I took my new camera, and hit the road, heading off for 경복궁. I had been here previously exactly one year ago to the day (what are the chances of that). So here are some pictures of the trip. This time around, the weather was much nicer. Last year, the weather was brutally cold and windy. Anyhow here is the photo evidence.

Here is a view of the palace from the outside.

Gyeongbokgung's main palace.

Phallicism at its finest.

통방아 (Water mill)

Children at Gyeongbokgung. Outside the Children's Museum there were traditional games set up for children and the young at heart. Yours truly beat down some elementary school kids in some game where you have to toss an arrow into a vase.

Me hanging with a monkey. There were statues of the 12 Chinese zodiacs, so I decided to pose with my man the monkey (申). Rock rock on!

Also on the site of the palace was the Nation Folk Museum (國立民俗博物館). Photos were not allowed inside...so the couple of pictures I took were not of the highest quality.
Anyhow after viewing some exibits in the museum I headed back home and grabbed some lunch. I'm outta here peoples!
