두부김치 (Dubukimchi)

This my friends, is 두부김치 (dubukimchi). 두부 is the Korean reading of the characters 豆腐 (known in Japan, and the west as tofu). 김치 is...well it's kimchi. So there's this dish that takes the great taste of 두부 and combines it with 김치. So what you do with this dish is takes some of the kimchi (there's pork in that pile as well) and put it on a chunk of tofu and eat it like a westerner would eat cheese and crackers.
