호떡 (Ho-Ddeok)

I love winters in Korea! I mean sure, it's cold enough to freeze my nuts to the zipper of my pants, it's extremely windy, and there's not much snow to speak of, but when winter comes so does the 호떡 vendor.
What is 호떡 you ask. Well I'll tell you my friend. Prime e-Dictionary explains that 호떡 is a "Chinese stuffed pancake," which means it's a pancake loaded with Chinese people. In reality, it is a pancake packed with honey, nuts, and of course peas and corn.
