Ah, 족발! We're going to play a little game here. Clearly this food is meat, but where does it come from? First the animal...not, it's not a dog. If you said a pig, you're right! Now, what part of the pig is this meat from? It's not the ass, and it's not rib meat...give up? That my friend is meat from the feet of a pig...or pigs. 3 years ago the thought of eating pig feet would have disgusted me so much, that I would never have tried it...now, I actually thinking it's an outstanding food product.
