Busy Day

Hey today I went to Changgyeong Palace and Jongmyo (which was some burial shrine for nobles). Additionally today I wore the shirt with a jean ass on the sholder, and got a haircut, and saw a white guy with a rat tail on the subway. All in all not a bad day.

Here's a picture of Changgyeong Palace. I went here on February 8, 2004. 이사진은 창경궁이에요. 나는 2004년 2월 8일에 거기에 갔아요.

Taeshil. I saw this item at Changgyeong Palace. It was an item in which the placenta and umbilical cord of a noble was stored. What an awesome item to see...an umbilical cord storage unit that is older than my country.

I took this scenic picture at Changgyeong Palace sometime in February. It's a decent picture I think.

This is a picture I took at Jongmyo, which is some sort of buial site for Korean royality...I don't know if I was suppose to take pictures here, but I'm white so I guess it's alright.

Jongmyo's Bathroom. This is where ancestors would bath to become ritually clean prior to performing worship ceremonies. I think it's probably nicer and warmer than the bathroom I have in my apartment.

This was on the roof of a building that was hosting a "Robot World Adventure." I don't what that means other than having a large robot on the roof.

Ok so I'm on the subway, a white guy gets in. While this is a fairly rare occurance already, it quickly went from rare to insanely humorous, when I noticed the dude had a rat tail. I was quickly able to get my camera (I had been being a tourist that day) and snapped this photo during the one stop the guy was on the train with me. Enjoy!

This shirt is totally awesome. Darrell picked this number up in Hong Kong, but said that since he wouldn't wear it, and he knew I would I could have it. It has a jean ass on one shoulder. In Korea (at least at this time) it is cool to have random crap printed on the breast and shoulder of one side of the shirt...this one happens to have an ass clad in jeans on the side. I don't know why, but it's all good.

This is the street I live on. You can't see my house, but it is up further past the swastika...I mean Buddhist temple sign.
