This is 김치만두전골. "What pray tell is that?" you ask. Well it's a soup or a stew with kimchi, vegetables, and mandu (dumplings). It is quite outstanding.

Having graduated from my university with a degree in East Asian studies and Korean left me very few career options. Not wanting to work at Starbucks, I packed my bags and headed to Korea to teach English.
