칼국수 (Kal Guk-Su)

My trusty Korean-English dictionary defines these as "knife-cut noodles." Wow...exciting! They are one of the few bland Korean dishes. It consists of noodles (which were aparently cut by a knife, as opposed to a...um...scissor), vegetables, and on occassion some manner of shellfish in a broth. This is one of the dishes I'll eat when too much alcohol and spicy food have rendered my guts useless.
