부침개 (Buchimgae)


Somewhere between pizza and pancakes is this Korean dish known as buchimgae. The dish consists of various vegetables and seafood chunks mixed in a batter and then pan fried. Some of the different varities included: kimchi, seafood, and my personal favorite, potato. It's a fairly easy dish to prepare, and is quite delicious...especially with some alcohol like makkoli.
