돌솥콩밥 & 누룽지 (Dolsot Kongbab & Nurongji)
Last night 유림 and I traveled to a resturaunt and consumed some traditional Korean fare (fish, side dishes, soup, and so on). Today I present unto you, 돌솥콩밥 and 누룽지.

This rice (밥) is mix with beans (콩) served in a heated stone bowl (돌솥). The big thing in the middle is a chestnut (밤).

After you finish eating the rice, you fill the bowl with hot water which softens the burnt on rice, thus creating 누룽지 (nurongji).
